She also taught massage at Lakeside School of Massage for 3 years, until they closed in 2011. Aimee is proficient in several massage modalities and will develop a treatment plan tailored to meet your individual goals.

With a nurturing heart and a problem solving nature, Aimee is very versatile. Providing you with a customized massage is her goal. She offers an extensive postural assessment to help correct postural imbalances and decrease any discomfort. She treats the whole body in a professional caring manner.

Hi, I’m Kristine! I’m a Master Massage Therapist with over 11 years of very comprehensive experience and I’m looking forward to working with you!.

I earned my Therapeutic Massage certificate from Herzing University-using the Lakeside curriculum The therapeutic practices I offer are stretching, pin and stretching, traction, trigger point release, myofascial release, specific area manual lymphatic massage, contractual release, auriculotherapy of the ear, postural assessments and facial acupressure to help with the sinuses.

I attended the Midwest School of Oriental Medicine in Racine, where I learned the modalities of Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), cupping and gua sha.

In addition to hands-on massage therapy, I am proud to also offer Hypnotherapy (for age regression, smoking cessation, weight loss, relaxation, removing anxieties and increasing confidence) and Reiki (assist you in removing fears and traumas held in your body and replacing them with correct energy).

I received my license at The Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in 2016 and have been a practicing massage therapist since. I like to describe my massage as a calming therapeutic style because I believe in homeostasis of the body.

I got into massage because I always had an interest in how bodies work and how resilient they can be. At first, becoming a physical therapist was at the top of my list, but after careful consideration and a pros and cons list later, I decided that my next move would be to become a massage therapist. Little did I know, I would come to love and appreciate my craft as a perfect profession for myself.

I love to help my clients realize the full potential in their body and how wonderful their innate healing abilities can be in regards to post-injury self care.

I am excited to be on the team at Live Oak Health, serving to help you to realize your health goals and improve your quality of life. I look forward to meeting you!

I used to teach Health classes, and enjoy working with patients interested in optimal nutrition. The body’s ability to heal itself is truly amazing, especially with gentle assistance from acupuncture and body work to help it rebalance. I find it especially gratifying to be able to help athletes return to their sports and assist people in reducing their pain and stress.

I have lived in Mt Pleasant for 12 years, and in WI most of my life. I enjoy teaching skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and working and playing outside in the summer, often with my husband Paul and our 4 adult children.
